Maintenance Request


To submit a maintenance request, please login to your association portal and use the Maintenance Reporting section so both you and your Board can monitor its progress.

If you have not created your login credentials, please follow the below steps:
Caliber Portal login Instructions

Click on the below link for the Caliber Portal login page:

1. Select “Create Login”
2. Enter your association account number (found on your association’s assessment coupon)
3. Enter your email (this email needs to already be entered in your account on Caliber)
4. Submit the information
5. A direct link will be emailed to your address to complete the process

If there are issues with steps 3 and/or 4, please contact our office at (239)939-2999. We can provide you with your account number and make sure your email is loaded in the system.
